Initial Assessment

We will have our sessions through secured video chat, so you can be where you are most comfortable. We will dive deeper into your food history, likes and dislikes, nutrition labs and how to begin implementing successful healthy changes.


Stay In Touch

Between sessions, you will have access to printable nutrition information, a private food and exercise/lifestyle journal, and chat messaging between you and I to answer questions as they come up.
