Search the 4,000+ dietitian-reviewed meals to create your best week, every week. I’ll continue to send you weekly recommended plans that you can accept as is or change as much as you like.

Cooking Skills Not Required

You don’t need to be a culinary wizard to follow these meal plans. Nor do you need to plan on hours and hours in the kitchen. Average time in the kitchen can be as little as 20 minutes.

Include Your Family for No Extra Charge

No “short-order cooking” for you. Recipes and grocery lists will increase portions for meals you share with family (and not the ones you don’t). Provide wholesome meals for your significant other, kids, and grand kids.

Do on Your Own or with Extra Support

I understand you have a lot of things going on and may not want nutrition coaching. Get started with your own meal plans. You have the option to start sessions with me later on if you want more guidance, support and encouragement.

*While not required, I strongly encourage those with CKD and/or diabetes to work one-on-one with me to ensure you are getting the right prescription for potassium, phosphorus, sodium, and protein. Most insurances will cover nutrition services for kidney disease, diabetes, or preventive nutrition care.
